At The Massage Barre, we cater to a diverse clientele seeking relief from physical and emotional concerns. What we do

The Massage Barre offers a comprehensive range of specialized massage and bodywork services in three categories: Body Work, Energy Work, and Esthetics. Our diverse menu of different modalities addresses virtually any wellness need. Our signature offering is the Deep Tissue Ashiatsu ‘Barre’ Massage, using the therapist’s feet and overhead bars for deep, broad pressure.

Our story

The Massage Barre began when co-founders Whitney Dahl and Jessica Schrauth experienced transformative ashiatsu massages in Portland, Oregon. Inspired, they opened The Massage Barre in June 2018 in Traverse Mountain, Utah. We’ve since relocated to a beautiful spa facility within the Young Living Global headquarters in Lehi, enhancing our services with their high-quality therapeutic oils and products.

Our team

Our exceptional team of massage therapists brings diverse experiences from high-end resorts, spas, clinics, cruise ships, and chiropractic offices. Each therapist is certified in multiple healing modalities, enabling us to offer comprehensive care.

Jessica Evans

Owner, Licensed Massage Therapist, Master Esthetician

Jessica’s journey in the wellness industry began in 2013 as a Master Esthetician, and she has been practicing massage therapy since 2015 after completing her apprenticeship. She was captivated by the benefits of Ashiatsu massage and has since made it her favorite technique to receive and perform, alongside other modalities like Swedish, deep tissue, and trigger point. Jessica takes a holistic approach to ensure each session is tailored to the individual’s needs, creating a comfortable environment for clients to unwind and enjoy the benefits of her expertise.

Courtney Robertson

Licensed Massage Therapist, Certified Holistic Health Practitioner, Certified BodyTalk Practitioner

With over 13 years of health education and client counseling experience, Courtney takes a holistic approach to healing. She considers the whole person – physical, mental, emotional, environmental, spiritual, and genetic. Courtney helps clients find the root causes of pain and disease, clear energy blocks, and implement nutrition as needed.

Becky Rhodes

Licensed Massage Therapist, Reiki Master, BA Health Coaching

Becky comes from a line of intuitive healers and has used her intuition to assist others for eight years. She combined her gifts with Reiki and became a massage therapist in 2022 after working in orthopedic bracing. Becky loves helping clients heal through massage and energy work, drawing on her diverse background and skills.

Jilene Ray

Licensed Massage Therapist

Jilene has been a massage therapist for over 7 years. She specializes in Ashiatsu, a deep massage performed with the feet. Jilene also offers therapeutic, deep tissue, and Swedish massage. In her free time, she enjoys golf, hiking, basketball, and spending time with her family.

Lauren Mason

Licensed Massage Therapist, Certified Yoga Instructor, Certified Hypnotherapist

Lauren’s holistic healing journey began in 2008 with massage therapy. She later pursued a degree in behavioral science and trained in hypnotherapy to address the mind-body connection. In 2017, she completed a 200-hour yoga training. Lauren’s approach focuses on offering healing for those seeking a more balanced and fulfilling life.

Our facility

The Massage Barre is located in the Young Living Global Headquarters in Lehi, Utah. Our beautiful facility offers a serene environment designed for relaxation and healing. The entrance is on the back (North/East) side of the building. We provide dedicated parking spots labeled SPA on the North side of the back entrance for our guests’ convenience. Our space is equipped with state-of-the-art amenities to ensure a comfortable and rejuvenating experience for all our clients.
