The Massage Barre Policies

By using our services, you agree to the following policies.

Payment Policy

We accept card payment via Square with a 3% service charge.
We also accept payment via Venmo (to avoid service charge).
To book your service, a credit card number will be collected to reserve your treatment time.

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance without penalty.
To cancel or reschedule:
- Use our online booking system by clicking the black Change/Cancel appointment button in your confirmation email.
- Or call/text our front desk at (801) 823-1823 for assistance.
Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100% of the full treatment cost.
Treatment time is not extended for late arrivals.
If you have a gift certificate and do not provide 24-hour cancellation notice, your voucher will be marked as redeemed.

Client and therapist safety is our utmost concern.
There is zero tolerance for any misconduct.
We recommend consulting with your doctor or healthcare provider before using our services if you have any health concerns.
Children are welcome for appropriate services, but parental consent may be required.
